About Me

I'm a driven student passionate about law, leadership, and community service. Over the past three years, I've grown into roles as DECA Club President, Head Editor of my school newspaper, and Social Media Director of a youth football nonprofit.

Inspired by legal workshops at Sidley Austin and the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse, I created an educational TikTok guiding younger students toward law school. I'm seeking a university where I can deepen my study of law and business while continuing to lead and serve.

Head Editor, School Newspaper 11th Grade · Writer, 10th Grade

I oversee the editorial direction, content review, and publication quality of our school newspaper. I manage a team of student writers covering school news and student life — a role I grew into after a year of writing for the paper myself.

President, DECA Club 10th – 11th Grade

I lead our chapter's activities in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. I coordinate competition preparation and mentor newer members as they develop their business and leadership skills.

Student Ambassador 11th Grade

I represent my school at official events, prospective family tours, and community functions. I serve as a liaison between administration, visitors, and the broader student body.

Social Media Director, Youth Football Nonprofit 11th Grade · Volunteer roles, 9th – 10th Grade

I direct social media strategy, content creation, and community outreach for a youth football nonprofit. I started as a general volunteer in 9th grade and grew into a full director role over three years of dedicated work.

Founder, Pre-Law Educational TikTok 11th Grade

I created and manage an educational TikTok platform that guides younger students toward law school. I produce content on legal careers, college preparation, and academic planning — because I believe knowledge about the path to law school should be accessible to everyone.

Delegate, Model United Nations 11th Grade

I represent assigned countries in mock UN sessions, researching policy positions and drafting resolutions. Through Model UN, I've sharpened my public speaking, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.

JV Girls Volleyball (10th Grade)

I played on the junior varsity volleyball team after starting with recreational volleyball at JCHB in 9th grade.

Member, Animals In Need Club (9th – 10th Grade)

I participated in animal welfare initiatives, fundraising events, and awareness campaigns supporting local shelters.

Professional Experience

Camp Counselor — SYEP (Summer Youth Employment Program) Summers, 9th & 10th Grade

I supervised and mentored younger campers in a structured summer environment, leading group activities and ensuring camper safety. I also completed the project-based learning curriculum through SYEP during my 9th grade summer.

Teacher Assistant & After-School Monitor 11th Grade

I assist two teachers with grading assignments and classroom management after school hours. I also provide academic support to fellow students and help maintain a productive learning environment.
